Remember two weeks ago when the Village Voice announced that they had hired Erik Wemple, CityPaper editor, for the same post? It turns out that won’t be happening after all, Wemple changed his mind after spending some time in New York this week with newsroom management issues were cited as a catalyst for his departure.
