I usually fly through Baltimore, so this is great to know. All the airports around the holidays tend to be really busy, so I also like to mess around on the internet while I’m waiting for my flight. Did you hear that there’s also a special Jet and Drive Giveaway with JetBlue and Hertz? I’m supporting the promotion, which entails big prizes like roundtrips to Las Vegas and LA. I’m sure you know it’s always good to get away from DC for a while, especially when it’s not out of holiday obligation.

I enthusiastically agree that Nat’l is one of the best in the US, and for sure the best in the metro area. It’s easy to reach and easy to navigate once inside the airport, it’s clean, and it has good eateries.

And just for those people who still hold a grudge, yes it is also known as “Washington National” airport-sans the name of our 40th president.
