I really matter if James W. von Brunn was a white supremacist or not.
He killed a man. An american thats all. Hate is what caused this.
I just hope the family knows that we as americans truly share there loss.
I just hope one day the hate will stop.
Being jew, white, black or muslim should not matter we are all the same
in Gods eyes!!!

Also, as to jurisdiction, I believe since this is clearly potentially a hate crime, the FBI has primary jurisdiction. I could be wrong, however.

WTOP reported that the Holocaust Memorial Museum is a federal facility, so the federal death penalty is what he could be facing.

what for? that racist doesn’t deserve this kind of death. he has to live to see the consequence of his crime. besides, what’s the use of death penalty? it doesn’t have anymore place in our civilised world.
