You should try The Caribbean Grill on the corner of Lee Highway & George Mason. They use a much different spice rub than the typical Peruvian places. They also offer more sides & other menu items than just chicken (but why would you want anything but the chicken?!). Another place to try is Edy’s, at Skyline, right across Route 7 from Target. Their chicken is so juicy & flavorful. The meat literally falls right off the bone. And I agree, you need to try the Yuca! Waaaay better than fries!

Carlos: I’ve never had fried Yuca- I will build up the courage to try it next time. I will be going out for chicken many times now that I’m hooked….

Did I not tell you to get the fried yuca? Oh yes I did. Way better than the fries. If you're willing to schlep out to Fairfax, seek out Wild Chicken.
