So let’s see – a group of your writers, who have worked with you for anything from years to months and in that time have done nothing but shed a favorable light not only on DC but on MetBlogs as a whole , have decided to try a new venture. Some of them left very nice, charitable goodbye posts on your front page announcing their departures, and not one said anything bad about you. And you respond with…a lolcat and a bitter "congratu-fucking-lations"? Word on the street is that your writers left because you treated them badly, and the bad form you show in this response to their departure doesn’t do a whole lot to counter that.

And for those of you so eager to sign on now that there’s a void, I have two things for you to keep in mind:
1. Every single MetBlogs DC writer left with the six who posted. Unless they’re under some form of mind control, it’s clear that every single MetBlogs DC writer thinks they’d be happier anywhere else but here
2. Personal experience has shown – don’t be surprised if you get an eager "Oh, we’d LOVE to have you" and then never hear from MetBlogs again. Let’s just say they’re not exactly great with small details like following up on people they invite to join them.
