Anywhere from vacation photography, art-based, or just casual press and documentarian style... don't make this a one-time issue that is narrowly defined (albeit, setting a precedent for other cases to build upon). I think some work in Photoshop to do a little "Hulk Smash" action would have been possibly warranted here...
