		<description>As I recall, Mr. Bush lost money in every private enterprise in which he participated, so why should government be any different? Oh wait, didn&#039;t he get a short-term gain by selling his stake in the Texas Rangers before the contractually legal date? Better count the White House silverware after he leaves.</description>
