Hallmark cards suck eggs. If Mom needs to pull her weight more, I am sure Wal Mart needs greeters. I know almost every restaurant needs more reliable people. Give her a card that says, "Happy Mother's Day. Now get a job and start earning your keep before I put you in a home like those on 60 Minutes." Any dutiful child would be behind me on this. A person who does not contribute somehow likely does not feel welcome and can benefit by helping somehow. It would be good for her morale. Dawn, I hear you. Hallmark cards suck eggs.
