I've no doubt there's human trafficking going on in the sex industry but high-end operations like Palfrey's aren't where. So at the end of it all we've: * spent Grod knows how much on the prosecution * seriously harmed the lives of all the women compelled to testify about their past employment with Palfrey * driven a woman to take her own life and the lasting result? A quick look at <a href="http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/cgi-bin/personals.cgi?category=ers" rel="nofollow">the "erotic services" section of our craigslist</a> shows over 330 postings so far today (and it's only 5pm) with titles like "CARDATE ANYONE?" and a containing a picture of a woman's naked ass and a phone number with "call for rates."
