Which DDOT would've had to do before running them anyway. So I guess these are "used" if you consider a new car that's been tested before it's sale to be "used". We just get them delivered used. Of course, I wonder if we'll have to pay to have them shipped over, plus any costs for refurbishing / maintenance, since they've, you know, been USED.
