Leash Laws

For crying out loud! I don’t see a leash on this thing. If you have a dog without a leash, you could get arrested. Elephants? That’s just fine. And think of the mess they make. Dog poop? Big fine. Elephant poop? The city will clean it up for you.

    I love the circus parade but missed it this year. Though I did manage to catch two performances of Bellobration at the Verizon Center.
