Or it&#039;s possible this is a sadly typical government offering - good initial rollout, poor maintenance and followup. I hope it&#039;s not true, but I know from personal experience that it&#039;s a common problem when government agencies employ contractors to create new things. Paying for initial projects is way sexier than paying for ongoing maintenance.
