I use Lingo VOIP and thus my number never gets published in directories. Mostly I ignore phone calls to the VOIP line anyway and just answer my cell phone, which is where all the money calls come. I strained to hear any form of a candidate's name (hey, you never know) but alas, no. So I replied in French. After a few "Je nes pas parle Espania", he got the message and hung up.
