Tom Yum soup from whatever Thai place you can get to deliver it. The spicy lemongrass broth will surely help break up any congestion you have.

I agree with Chinese take-out. For me, the spicier the better when I'm sick. A bowl of hot and sour soup can cure what ails you. Feel better!!

Chinatown Express in Chinatown. Get the fresh made noodles in soup. I prefer them with roast pork. Good broth. You can spice it up as you like. Not sure if they deliver, but there's always takeout taxi.

I just Googled "the greek place on capitol hill" and came up with nothing.

Do you know the name of the restaurant? Do you know how far they'll deliver this delicious whiff?

the greek place on capitol hill has a soup that is truly amazing. i believe the recipe was handed down from his grandmother in the old country.

i'm a eclectic culinary epicurean, so i've been around the block, and believe me -the soup is a whiff of shangri-la itself.

I've never heard of "congee". Is that good for a cold? I've never tried Asian Dynasty though and will give them a shot. I love the idea of never having to leave my house. :)

OK, you guys were too slow and a guy's gotta eat! My friend recommended takeout from Peking Garden and as it turns out they even have chicken noodle soup - just what the doctor ordered!

Right, time to hibernate again.
