Office Entrance Bonus

I love the smell in the lobby of my new job. As the entrance is right next to Caruso Florist, it always smells of flowers.

Then, when I walk outside, this is the sight that greets me:

How can you go wrong, or go mad through your day, when you’re greeted by nature’s beauty at your office door? I know I’m put in a good mood every time I walk outside. A wonderful office entrance bonus.

    I used to work in a building right by that florist too, except the smell I noticed more frequently was that of the pot being smoked in the alley next to it. This was about 2 years ago when I noticed it often, but if you walk by around lunchtime, you might catch it too. Sad to say it overpowered the smell of the flowers.

    We’re on the top floor of a building on Franklin Square, in an office previously owned by a marketing firm (they did an amazing remodeling job) with three terraces overlooking the city. Can’t be beat. ;-)
