Apparently the TJs in Foggy Bottom regularly fields complaints about the single-queue system, even though its vastly more efficient. So when the NY Times covered its successful use in NYC, the store&#039;s staff chose to let its customers know that the single-queue system enjoyed some big-media support. It&#039;s not a TJs vs. Whole Foods thing; it&#039;s about the ideas.
