		<description>The best thing about the Virginia inspections is that they don&#039;t have to be done in the city or county in which you live.  So, if you locate a more obscure station, stick with it every year.  My best no-wait locale (and I&#039;m a chronic end-of-monther like you) is a Mobile station on Gallows Road.  Now that I&#039;ve given away the secret, perhaps it will never be this way again ... but I&#039;ve never been behind more than 2 cars during the week (weekends are a whole different story).</description>
