		<description>They&#039;re better than nothing but I wish they&#039;d call them someone other than &#039;offsets.&#039; That implies it&#039;s really a 1 to 1 relationship and it&#039;s just not possible. Even if there was an arrangement you could make to burn a gallon less of gas in Topeka for every one you burn here you&#039;re still going to have smog. 

With trees it&#039;s even more complicated, as replanting trees to replace ones cut down in a different location might make more oxygen for the world but it can actually have a detrimental effect on the weather.</description>
