		<description>The Library of Congress has those water jugs delivered to us because of lead found in our water, we had to turn off the water fountains. In order to provide water to staff &amp; visitors, we have those waters.

		<description>I use a couple of quarts of water just to boil pasta.  Maybe they don&#039;t want to cook with the DC water? If there are a few people in the house using it for drinking and cooking, it wouldn&#039;t take long to go through that much water at all.</description>
