Valerie - I can see how you would find that distasteful. However, we do not have a print edition of the DC Metroblog. Could it have been in the Express or another newspaper?

I would like to point out the very offence ad posted in your paper on 06/27/2007 that states the following "(Not Your Token Blackberry!)" then there is a picture of four blackberry's three white and one black! It may be said I'm too sensitive, then yes I am. Being of african descent, I find it highly offensive and want an apology from simply wireless. My morning was going well until I opened your paper and saw this!

Well did you get yours the same or next day? Or do you know when you'll get your passport back? The people int he line want to make sure they get it in time for trips - most had to be traveling within 3 days.

I went with an expediter because I have to fly for work & soon & while not cheap ($150) it was same day and I didn't even have to leave my desk.

Agreed - looks much shorter today. But still a whole lot longer than the 1 request I was standing behind on a Saturday.

Or you could just go to the Passport Agency on Wednesdays. The passport office line is mighty short today.

It's so easy to ask the congressional rep for a letter to expedite your passport. They'll do it for you at the Special Issuance Agency and have it done w/in two days.
