Eat More Fried Chicken

A question for the grammarians & sign makers: Is this store “Eatmore Fried Chicken” or “Eat More Fried Chicken”?

I would like to violate Don’s grammistic conventions and go for “EatMore” and violate my own diet to eat more fried chicken at this perfectly named store.

The next time you are driving north on Georgia Avenue in the Petworth neighbourhood, be sure to be hungry and eat more friend chicken!

Really though, are you being paid by some sort of Petworh Chamber of Commerce?

Ha! Not quite. I just moved into the neighbourhood and write about what I see. Used to be the 16th Street corridor, now its Petworth. If you’d like to see other hoods, say yours, why not ask to write for Metroblogging?

Nah, I’m down with hearing about Petworth, I just find it sort of funny that the past couple of your posts have practically been advertisements for Petworth restaurants. Just bustin’ your balls, is all…

In fact, what can you tell me about Caribbean groceries up there on GA? I don’t mean Latino/Caribbean, but West Indian/Caribbean. I used to have access to several when I lived in PG but now that I’m in the city, all I can find are those of the former variety.

I go to Sweet Mango Cafe often, and when I head there again, there will be a post on it…
