Hank didn't say I wasn't allowed to play there, just I wasn't allowed if the homeowner wasn't on the court with me. I'm not claiming he doesn't have a right to kick me out. He does. He doesn't even have to rationalize it. However as HOA president he does have a responsibility to represent his neighborhood in a respectable manner, especially when dealing with friends of homeowners. I'm not that pompous. My wife gets on me to watch the tennis courts behind our house. I'm mainly concern for the safety of kids when they goof off there. However, Hank Hill does have a point, although put to you very poorly. The HOA does carry insurance, and if you're not the anti-suing type of person, if you got hurt on there and decided to file a claim, that HOA would be in a world of hurt.
