		<description>I&#039;ve never seen &quot;pedestrian&quot; usually &quot;deaf child(ren) at play&quot; is what I&#039;ve seen and I noticed people slowing down or craning their necks to be a little more attentive -- at first.  Then people revert to normal driving habits after a little while.

While one hopes that all drivers stay aware of pedestrians and vice versa, maybe a sign like this will make some people think twice about trying to communicate with their car horns.</description>
