He mentioned that there's been a lot of new homeless like that, obviously drinking in public and going to the bathroom for all to see. I play chess at Dupont Circle sometimes. Most of the homeless aren't a problem at all but the last time I was there someone was producing a crowd-clearing odor. That’s the kind of thing my friend hates, because eventually it causes a crackdown that will affect people like him. This morning, on my way to work, I was lucky enough to see one man urinating on a tree. This is disgusting. Something must be done. Those fish don't know what hit them and sometimes the barrel springs a leak, which is why I prefer the challenge of fly fishing. The only good part of being sent to Virginia is that he can panhandle cigarettes and then smoke them in a bar. Although the number of people wearing steel-toed boots is probably higher. Not quite as high as West Virginia, but pretty damn close. Panhandling in Georgetown is like shooting fish in a barrel, believe me, I know.
