I lived near the East Falls Church Metro for the longest time and took it too work every day. Route 50 is often too busy, Wilson isn't too bad either but Ballston/Clarendon traffic is less than ideal. Em Vee: Thanks, I found the George and Dragon the last time I was there and made some fast friends, as I did Wednesday at the Courts due to my colourful language...just ask Tom. Drafts in frosted mugs for under $2 and chilly dogs. They used to sell so much draft Bud that the Clydesdales showed up for the Halloween Parade. The waitresses aren't nearly as surly as they used to be though. I think a number of new restaurants have opened along Church Street as well. It's not a downpour but a constant drizzle for 9 months. The summers are perfect though, especially since the sun doesn't go down until 10:00 and you rarely need air conditioning.
