When I reminded her that she wasn't empowered to check luggage size, only our ID's (she's not an airline employee), I got the evil eye and the second search too. Not being a morning person, I once refused to make small talk with her because I was a little groggy waiting to catch my 7 AM flight. She berated me for acting like a terrorist and told me to adjust my attitude. I told her that were I a terrorist I would probably be either a) acting as nicely as possible to please her and get her to wave me through; or b) acting nervously. I would probably not be groggy.
