Green Tea Mousse @ Wasabi Sushi

I have to agree with Chris, Wasabi Sushi at Farragut Square is a great salaryman throwback to Japan.

Sushi comes at you fast and tasty, with surprisingly high dollar-per-minute impact if you grab at the fish whilly-nilly. You’ll also miss interesting deserts.

See this delight? That’s green tea mousse, almost as good as my choice, strawberries & ginger that you can just see sliding past on the far right.

There used to be a place in Tokyo that charged by the minute. You would be charged in 10 minute increments.

The place in Ballston Mall is pretty good. If the sushi maker recognizes you, he’ll comp you some basic stuff.

I had some of that green tea mousse a few weeks ago, and it was surprisingly fantastic. I didn’t think I’d like it.
