Once again, former Redskins WR Art Monk was denied election (The Post) to the Pro Football Hallf of Fame. To me, this is a no-brainer. Monk was clutch, blocked down field, set two big recieving records (since surpassed) and played on 4 Super Bowl teams. It just doesn’t make sense that the Pro Football Hall of Fame selectors ignore him annually. His 940 career catches should have put him in Canton years ago.

Former offensive lineman Russ Grimm was also denied. That is another mystery to me.
