The Safety Police Foil My Plan
When I saw these rampy brick thingamajigs being put up in Georgetown (across the canal from behind Dean & Deluca’s) my first thought was, “Sweet, when these are done I’m coming back with my skateboard!”
But they strategically placed raised bricks partway up all the ramps. I guess they don’t want me having any fun (or suing them after the inevitable concussions and broken bones I would have incurred).
