If you answered "yes" to that last one, you should immediately seek psychiatric help. Otherwise you may want to check out the First Annual DC Zombie Lurch on October 29th. The Pre-Lurch Meet-Greet-Makeup-n’-Eat event is scheduled to begin at 3:30.

"Need help w/your costume? Not sure what to do w/your makeup? Want to gather w/friends and perhaps bring a bite to eat to sit & chat over before you Lurch? Come to the pre-lurch! Taking place at the start-point of the Lurch, the pre-lurch will be a BYOM&M, (a bring-your-own-munchies-n’-makeup) kind of thing."

The Lurch officially starts at 5:00pm when "a mock-horde of the pseudo-undead gathering at the National Mall to shamble in search of brains, the flesh of the living, and to protest for zombie rights!"
