Egyptian-Italian Cuisine on Lee Highway

It’s the same thing every weekend with my friends, “I want Egyptian Food,” “I want Italian Food!” “I want Egyptian Food!!” “I want Italian Food!!” Emotions can get so intense that the night usually ends in tears and possibly even a fist-fight.

If you’ve ever experienced a similar situation, you’ll be glad to know that there is finally a solution to make everybody happy. Yes, I finally found a combo Egyptian-Italian restaurant located in the Cherrydale section of Arlington. It’s called Pasha CafĂ© & Pizzeria (3911 Lee Highway (at North Pollard St.) I was kinda hoping that there’d be some fusion food, like maybe spaghetti & falafel or hummus-filled ravioli, but most of the dishes are either Italian or Egyptian, and oddly, all the decor is French. Still it’s the one restaurant in the area that’s going to make everybody happy, assuming Egyptian-Italian cuisine arguments are what’s been standing between you and happiness.
