		<description>I saw a van the other day with the license plate &quot;CUT &amp; RUN&quot;, which I thought was weird.  If the guy was a right winger, why would he want to advertise a position he doesn&#039;t agree with, and if they guy was a left winger, why would he want to advertise mischaracterization of his position?

On the other hand, maybe the guy is just a barber who likes marathons.</description>
