Does anyone know what was going on in Georgetown around 2:15 p.m. this afternoon? Apparently something hot was happening at K and 31st Streets. Not only was this MPD cruiser haphazardly parked on K Street, in front of a fire hydrant no less, but this cruiser was parked in a similar vein, in front of a no parking sign around the corner and across the street on 31st Street.

What could possibly have been going on that warranted the attention of two cruisers? Nary an offier was to be found, unless of course you count Officer Dread™ who was was mingling down near Chadwick’s a full 45 minutes before these two cruisers were spotted.

I wonder if they needed their lunch time Hershey’s ice cream fix.
