The best mani pedi in dc bar none is at Joys Nails. Best foot massage ever

Ace Nails, 17th & R. They manage to make feet that need a sandblaster smooth and soft. Everyone I know who goes there swears by it. No massage, but reasonably priced and great work. You do get the nice massaging chair.
