PNC Bank is giving out free ice cream right now in front of its new K Street branch.

How awesome! PNC rocks! Not only do they not charge ATM fees but they give away FREE ice cream. Damn, nothing like that ever happens in the ‘burbs…and Nutty Buddy is my fav.
