His gist: &quot;I don&#039;t know how to order something at a place where they don&#039;t make you stand in line and order by &quot;combo #s&quot; and are polite enough to wait for you to tell them when you&#039;re ready to order.  Hmmm, must be a problem with Spanish speaking cultures.

Speaking of Peruvian cuisine - El Flor de la Canela in Gaithersburg is excellent. And even though they specialize in potatoes (per Siestema), don&#039;t eat the potatoes, esp. not the ones covered in velveeta.  That&#039;s just rank.  Try the tripe (rachi) - it&#039;s excellent.</description>
