His gist: "I don't know how to order something at a place where they don't make you stand in line and order by "combo #s" and are polite enough to wait for you to tell them when you're ready to order. Hmmm, must be a problem with Spanish speaking cultures. Speaking of Peruvian cuisine - El Flor de la Canela in Gaithersburg is excellent. And even though they specialize in potatoes (per Siestema), don't eat the potatoes, esp. not the ones covered in velveeta. That's just rank. Try the tripe (rachi) - it's excellent.
