Now if you believe the self-serving folks at Money magazine, somehow Columbia & Ellicott City Maryland is the 4th Best Place to Live in America.

As Alicia says, and I agree, just like the US News & World Report rankings of hospitals, colleges, etc. these stories are designed to attract readers and often don’t have a lot of science behind the reporting or ranking.

Money releases this list annually and WFY says that last year Vienna was #4, but this year it’s not on the list. Why? What changed about Vienna over the last year that kicks it out of the ranking? I wonder,
could it be that Sayed Khaled El-Waraky can’t control his Jaguar or the Kissing Bandit is still on the loose, or worst of all, the FBI is headed there?

What could be the reason for the switch-a-roo?
