The Orange Line commute this morning was just horrible, and this after I was assured that “service had been fully restored;” maybe your people are beter at restoring old chevys, I don’t know. Same problems as yesterday; 10-20 minutes delays at Clarendon and Court House stations, and intermittent delays at all the subsequent stations until McPherson Square.

Unfortunately, your Orange-Blue Line Team is not listening; they are totally unaware (202-562-4606) of the on-going problem and Metro refuses to update its website to reflect the multitude of problems on the Orange Line.

Suggestion – Hire Better People, especially supervisors. You desparately need (maybe housewives) some listeners out there. Seriously, I really do believe the Orange Line needs a whole revamping of personnel as these problems go way back (snowstorms, etc.) and continue today.
