Nats win first Battle of the Beltway(s) series

Yesterday’s victory was a traditional NL style win with smart baserunning manufacturing runs, in other words, something that Nats fans have seen very little of in the last two seasons.

The series victory is extra sweet because of Balmer owner Peter Angelo$’ numerous attempts to kill or maim D.C. baseball over the years. He’s got the TV rights, but at least we have bragging rights, if even the former is more desirable.
