Australia Gets an Upgrade
Now you might wonder how much President George W. Bush likes Australian Prime Minister John Howard. He says really nice things about Mr. Howard in the press and all. But the real show of love?
How about a giant Australian flag on the Old Executive Office Building?
Never seen before by this long-time DC resident, the flag upgrade is right across the street from Prime Minister Howard’s DC digs, the President’s Guest House, (aka Blair House).
Nice. I wonder what Bush will do when British Prime Minister Tony Blair visits? Raise the British flag over the State Department? Woops, he already did that.
