dc taxi opportunity lost

See all there people? Many of them would like to take a taxi instead of the Metro.

After a long night at the ballgame they would be willing to drop $15 on a quick taxi to a bar or home instead of a long Metro ride.

Are there taxis to quench this need? To take my money for a service? Nope, none to be found at RFK.

And yet they circle now on 18th..
