Recently, Metro put a link to a comment form on their Web site with Dan Tangherlini, interim GM, asking for customer feedback. I filled one out last week and checked “yes” on the “Would you like to hear from us?” question. Thus far, I have not heard from them. Has anybody who tried this out gotten any feedback from Metro?
