this is 14th street

If you are dreaming of a quick drive home to NOVA today I am here to shake you awake.

The march is massive and slow and it will own 14th Street for at least another hour. Do yourself a favor and come by before heading home.

We are all immigrants in America.

Wayan, since you’re so in favor or rewarding illegal behavior, why don’t we give amnesty to to all lawbreakers? Let’s start by ignoring all driving laws — traffic lights and stop signs are just “guidelines”. And murderers in prison make our license plates at slave wages, so they do good things for the economy. We should shorten their sentences. If we’re all immigrants, then they’re immigrants, too. Why shouldn’t their sins be ignored and/or rewarded?

Oh, wait. It’s just CERTAIN LAWS that folks can ignore? Can we pick and choose which laws?

Immigration is fine. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is not. Keyword is ILLEGAL, Wayan. I know that’s a long word, but pick up a Webster’s. Look it up. Learn something today.

We can’t absorb all of the world’s poor — from Mexico or elsewhere. If we need to change our LEGAL system, then we should do that. However, I have no respect for someone who has such disdain for our laws. And rewarding such behavior will only open the floodgates for more.

If they only would protest in their OWN FRIGGIN’ COUNTRIES for improved opportunities, they could effect change there, instead of protesting here when we try to get control back after an ILLEGAL INVASION of people who disrespect our laws and then have the gall to protest about it.

Illegal immigrant rights have a name: Miranda.

Whoa, “Respector” you might wanna better educate yourself with my full opinion before thinking this is some simple “illegal” or “legal” debate. Or at least pick a post to comment where I actually talk about immigration vs. just traffic patterns.
