		<description>I&#039;ve always had this fantasy that those &quot;Speed Enforced By Aircraft&quot; signs meant that A-10 Thunderbirds strafed speeding cars.  I wonder if instead it&#039;s something much more like that speed trap idea?  Call in the violation from the air to a ground based cop who pulls over the intended...</description>
