Shiny new CityPaper site

This week’s edition of the online CityPaper is sporting a new design. The improved site is fixed width, more colorful, better organized, with orange elements in it.

I hate fixed-width designs with a passion, but at least they can be done so they are always attractive, if not effective. Our new design is at least nicely centered in my widescreen LCD here at the office and has a light watermark to fill in the white space. City Paper’s leaves the right 40% of my screen a blank white.
