		<description>Ah, its not money Tom, its efficiency.  Drivers &amp; trains don&#039;t cost as much as you think and their costs are fixed anyway.  

Making sure that each car is filled with the maximum number of riders is the way Metro can increase profitability.  Increase ridership by making Metro convenient &amp; reliable.  Convenient = more frequent trains.  Reliable = maintenance + good procedures.

Give me 5 minute waits, max, and I would actually use Metro on the weekends.  Now, one line change and I&#039;m looking at 30 min at least.  Taxi!

		<description>I agree.  I&#039;d pay more if it meant I could get home from work faster on off-peak hours.  I know I&#039;m not the only person to regularly work until 7pm.</description>
