So many newbies trying to sign up, I could barely get in. Once I did it was amateur night at the gym all evening. The best: a guy doing a bad dying chicken imitation in the fast swim lane telling a good swimmer there were already 4 in the lane. I couldn't resist - when I told him "Yes, and its the fast lane too, Sir" he almost thought I meant to give him ammo against her. Only when he realized I meant his dying chicken was holding up us actual half-decent swimmers, did he get indignant.
