The questions your raise regarding voter rolls and said supposed "non-U.S. citizens" in the jury pool. Huh? 2. If you think that Arlington County is bad, I can top you one - Honolulu. When I lived there (and didn't even have a GREEN CARD at the time) I was asked to report for jury duty. Umm, no. I was likely pulled from the DMV list but I didn't register to vote! I need to take care of my registration. I tried to do it through the DMV, but I got a letter back saying that they didn't have proof of my citizenship (even though I presented my birth certificate when applying for the licence, go figure).
