    Now see, I love me some Free WiFi, I think it’s a noble use of public funds. But, this sort of crap is the reason I think twice before saying “yes, this is a good idea”.

    Ah the good old “community standards” test. Like in local schools and government, American communities have great leeway in deciding what they sponsor with local tax money.

    While you may not like it, and I don’t agree with its implementation, they do have a right to block what they want over their system. Tom, the pro-gun Libertarian should approve.

    Now I bet there is an upgrade option – one where for a few bucks a month you can get faster & uncensored high speed Internet.

    After today’s three hour hair-pulling trying to get Mom’s high speed to go wireless here in Florida, I’d be willing to deal with a touch of Big Brother so I don’t have to murder Bell South technicians.

    What can I say? I am a WiFi addict and I need my fix anyway I can get it.
