What a total cluster-f. We had the VIP tickets for the meet and greet. Doors opened at nine and the LB kids didn't even show until after midnight. We had given up when the promoter Matt finally found us and said we should go to this back room where we finally caught a glimpse of them. It was really sad, because they were like little caged people on a freak show circuit. They were letting people up there 2 at a time (after people had been boozing for four hours you know how well that worked). Alex M and Alex H were there, as was Jessica (who looks really trashy in person) and Dieter. Dieter's being there should warrant a refund, but it gets worse. 7 of us went together, but only my one friend and I got to even see the LB kids because we weaved through to the front. Just before we got to the front they all ran out of LuLu's (proving they might be smarter than the show portrays them) and hopefully went somewhere cooler. Lulu's is just the worst place I've ever been. Maybe when I was 19 is would have been cool. Nope, you're right, it would have sucked then too. So basically I spent $25 to see for myself that Dieter is a loser and Jessica is kind of ugs. And the two Alexes were there. Wooh. Alas, no Taylor though. She's my favorite. Tonight LC and Jason, who will be in a lithium induced coma, will be at club love. I think I'll pocket the cash and just watch some old episodes on TiVo. Yeah I went with my friends to that. That is total urban legend, and a laughable one at that. Lulu's wouldn't, in my grand estimation, even make the highest in DC. That title would go to higher volume places, like Dream/Love, or skanker places that I don't know about. If there was such a list, and if Lulu's was on it, the WashPost would have it on the front page of Metro and the police would be shutting it down like all the GoGo places.
